The title of this website means “Human Heart Laboratory”.

My name is Marie. I was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, and I am still living there with my son. I am in my 40s, and my only family member, my son is 21 years old.

I was diagnosed with OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) when my mother passed away, 18 years ago. I have been fighting OCD for a long time, and I am getting much better, but I am not fully recovered from it. 

I published a book about OCD, and I have been giving counseling to many OCD patients. At the moment, I am not only an OCD counselor, but I am a Japanese language teacher as well as a fortune teller.

Through my experience with OCD, I became interested in the feeling of anxiety. Furthermore, I became interested in various human emotions and energy. I believe love has the strongest energy.

I think there are no borders between the fields of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality.

I am going to update my blog concerning OCD, human emotions, energy, spirit, and so on.

I hope the world will be filled with love and peace, so I will try my best.

I have been studying English as a second language, and it is difficult for me to write a blog in English every day. My goal is to study English more so that I can communicate with people all over the world.
